He is survived by: his children, Heather Amanda Hayes, James L. Hayes (Elizabeth), Leslie L. Seritt (Buck) and Heath Jordan Hayes; his brothers, Tom Hayes and Charlie Bailey; and his grandchildren, Stetson, Morgan Hayes, Lacie Hayes, Nathan, Holly Seritt and Emily Seritt.
