He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lillard and Lois Lillard; his daughter Jodi Lillard; his former wife Regina "Sis" Lillard; and his siblings, Maye Klein, Juanita Carter, Frank and Leon Lillard.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Benedict Lillard; his children, Jesse Lillard of Ranger, Josh Lillard (Viv) of Jasper, Joey Lillard (Amanda) of Ellijay, Jeremy Lillard of Ranger, Jeffery Lillard (Brea) of Jasper, Matt Benedict (Liz) of Crabapple, Ty Benedict (Teresa) of Powder Springs and Heather Kirby (Josh) of Carrollton; and his siblings, Dee Cronan (Robert) and Herbert Lillard (Judy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Food and flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Affinity Hospice in Jeff's memory.
