Imogene Beckwith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025, at the age of 84, Imogene Beckwith of Ranger, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Yancye "Bill" Beckwith, Sr. of Duck Hill, Mississippi.; her son William Yancye "Billy" Beckwith, Jr.; and her grandson William Clay James. She is survived by: her children, Regina Ann Jones, Terrie Rena James of Mississippi and James D. Beckwith (J. D.) of Georgia; her granddaughters, Brandy Jones Coppock (Nathan), Brittany Jones Ingram (Lance), Terri Kay James and Jessica James Borries (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Austin Coppock, Dillon Coppock, Alliyah Ingram, Lance Ingram Jr., Brinley Cole Young, Yancye Grace Borries and Willa James Borries.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wilson & Knight Funeral Home (910 US-82, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
