He is survived by: his father Donald Douglas Staley; his wife Cynthia Moncada Staley; his daughter Cynthia Ann-Marie Ingram (Cody Tyler Ingram); his stepsons, James William Eschrich and Charles Macario; his grandchildren, Cooper Tyler Ingram and Carlie Marie Ingram; and his brother Derrick Scott Staley.
