He is survived by: his wife Andrea Holsomback Patterson; his children, Clifton Patterson, Charles Patterson (Jackie), Jason Patterson of Cohutta, Anthony Patterson (Lynn) of Charleston, TN, Ginger Almon of Dalton and Amanda Hutson (Chris) of Lutrell, TN; his grandchildren, Jarrod Patterson (Megan), Caleb Holcomb (Courtney), Aaron Patterson, Jake Patterson, Levi Patterson, Colton Patterson, Weston Patterson, Troy Patterson, Alex Cross, Evan Cross (Hannah), Noah Ledford, Brooke Boyette (Paul), Katherine Henson, Amber Patterson, Grace Johnson (Branson), Sahara Dye (Robert), Heaven Patterson, Leah Patterson, Kyndall Patterson, Gabby Almon, Brittany Everette (Nick), Kalia Nicely and Hannah Hutson; his great grandchildren, Tyler Arnold, Tristian Patterson, Aiden Patterson, Cayden Patterson, Jasper Patterson, Jerimiah David Patterson, Koen Johnson, Hallee Dye, Janelle Patterson, Aliyah Patterson, McKenley Boyette, Melody Niceley, Aubree Niceley and Kenzlee Niceley; his siblings, Jerry Patterson (Linda), Jimmy Patterson (Patricia), Donnie Patterson (Sharon), Melvin Patterson (Tonta), Evon Stout, Lizzie Molone (Harold), Mildred Phelps (David) and Shirley Simon (Yovanny); and his brother-in-law Sammie Holsomback (Pat). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
