She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cloey, Tyler, Lila, Caidon, Anthoni, Quintin, Annalise, Riley and Korben; her sons, Phillip Leon Lampert, Jonathan Wayne Lambert and David Lee Lambert; and her siblings, Robert Larry Lodge, Marlene Thomas, Diane Hermon and Kathy Tuggle.
