He is survived by: his wife Peggy Emory of Rabun County, Georgia; his son Andy Emory of Franklin; his siblings, William Emory, Leila Brantley and Lula Turpin; and his grandchildren, Abigail Emory, Asa Emory and Aiden Emory.
