He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dickerson and Alma Ramey Dickerson; his siblings, Kenneth Dickerson, Grant Dickerson, Tim Dickerson, Donald Dickerson, Wayne Dickerson, Kyle Dickerson, Lynn Dickerson, Ruth Williams, Irma Loupe and Jewell Arrowood; and his children-in-law, Jerry Smith and Patricia Dickerson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Stockton Dickerson; and his children, Anthony "Tony" Dickerson, Dale Dickerson (Sharon), Stephen Dickerson (Nedra) and Janet Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525). A burial was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at the Wolffork Baptist Cemetery (453 Wolf Fork Church Rd, Rabun Gap, GA 30568).
