He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewells Gullett and Dorthey Gullett; and his wife Wilma Gullett. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Gullett of Eden, NC and Stephen Gullett of Rabun Gap, GA; and his sister Patricia Rezentes of Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
