He was predeceased by: his parents, Levosher Kilby and Greta Frady Kilby. He is survived by: his wife Merle Brown Kilby; his sons, Rev. Kenny Kilby (Sheila) of Dillard, GA, Mack Kilby Rabun Gap (Tammy) and Brian Kilby (Pam) of Clayton, GA; and his brothers, Wayne Kilby of Waynesville, NC, Eddie Kilby (Elaine) of Dahlonega, GA, Mike Kilby (Becky) of Tifton, GA and Donnie Kilby (Donna) of Clayton, GA..

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic social distancing and face-mask will be required.
