He was predeceased by: his father Ray Holt. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Rogers Holt; his wife Wanda Holt; his daughters, Gwen Owens (AJ) of Lakemont, GA and Laura Abbott of Rabun Gap, GA; his siblings, Larry Holt (Jean) of Highlands, NC and Janice Harkins (Tommy) of Rabun Gap, GA.; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Abbott, Emily Abbott, Michael Watts and Johnathan Watts.
