She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynor Hansel and Fannie Mae Asbell Belcher; her husband Eddie; and her siblings, H. Belcher, Jr., John David Belcher and Barbara Belcher Bearden.
She is survived by: her son Edward Vincent III. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Willene's name to Hospice of South Georgia, an organization that in addition to Fellowship Home provided loving care to Willene in her last days.
