She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Carmichael and Hazel Jones Carmichael; and her husband Edward Sapp. She is survived by: her children, Cherry Ensley (Hollis) of Acworth, Dale Layfield (Duce) of Tallahassee and Marcus Sapp (Shelly) of Barney; her grandchildren, Dewey Ensley (Mary) of Acworth, Brandon Ensley (Melissa) of Woodstock and Mandy Webb (Chris) of Raleigh, N. C.; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Rachel, Jason Ensley of Acworth, Katelyn, Sydney Ensley of Woodstock and Elaina Webb of Raleigh; her sisters-in-law, Laura Sapp of Moultrie and Louise Sapp of Quitman; and also Jamie McDonald.
