He is survived by: his wife Wanda Nichols Bell of Quitman; his children, Jason Bell (April) of Jacksonville and Kellie Sroka (Josh) of St. Augustine; his grandchildren, Cecil Bell (Christen) and Owen Shierling; and his brothers, Ronny Bell (Shirley) of Clarksville, TN and Steve Bell (Brenda) of Winder, GA..
