It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah W. Noel of Quitman, Georgia, born in Naylor, Georgia, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Wetherington and Carrie Mae Brantley Wetherington; her husband Robert Noel (Bob); and her siblings, Joe Wetherington, Lee Wetherington, James Wetherington and Lillian Dewey.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Noel; her son-in-law David Owens of Quitman; and her nephews, Mike Dewey and Jack Dewey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
