She was predeceased by: her parents, C. J. Phillips and Myrtice Musgrove Phillips; her sister Carolyn; and her brothers-in-law, Tommy Roberts and Emory Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Willis Cooper of Quitman; her children, Jeffery Cooper and Jenifer Morgan (Bobby) of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Allison Manfre (Alec), Jay Morgan and Anna Morgan; her brother H. R. "Sonny" Phillips (Janice) of Tallahassee, Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Cooper (Dianna) of Moultrie, Georgia, Hugh Cooper (Lynn) of Moultrie, Georgia and Marybeth Cooper of Charleston. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Georgia Christian School in Dasher.
