He is survived by: his wife Patricia Morgan of Quitman, GA; his son Robert Eugene Morgan of Live Oak, FL; his adoptive son Jamie Morgan of Wellborn, FL; and his stepchildren, Carl "Wally" Noah of Fort White, FL, Charles Russell "Rusty" Noah of Fort White, FL, Joshua Shane Lindsey of Tallahassee, FL, Deborah Lynn Slater of Valdosta, GA and Sonya Leigh Money of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
