She was predeceased by: her father Dallas Sapp; her husband Vernon Hodge; her children, William James Hodge and Joyce Laverne Reynolds; her granddaughter Jennifer Marlene Hodge; and her brothers, A. J. Sapp, Rayford Sapp, Wallace Sapp, Ambers Sapp and Eugene Sapp.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Hodge (Glenda) of Quitman, Carolyn Mae Simpson (Buddy) of Valdosta, Rose Marie Howell of Quitman and Laurie Ann Wood of Quitman; her grandchildren, Gene Tyler (Sarah), Matt Tyler, Cindy Tyler, Julie Register (Greg), Tonya Ginn (Scott), Wynetta Sherley (Timmy), David Stephenson, Sean Smith, Jamie Smith, Latrelle Waldron, Shawna Blackmon, April Toole, Jeremy Hewett, Tyler Legette, Miranda Hines (Bill), Courtney Hines (Blake), Shanon Wilson (Paul), Jessica O'Guin and Jared O'Guin; her siblings, Miles Sapp of Quitman, Dallas Sapp, Jr. of Valdosta, Louise Sapp (Richard) of Quitman, Virginia Bozeman of Quitman, Frances Crosby of Quitman and Lillian Bailey (Jerry) of Quitman; and her daughter-in-law Tina Hodge of Quitman. She is also survived by great grandchildren, 54; great great grandchildren.
