He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Thornton and Merle Harrell Culpepper. He is survived by: his brother John Culpepper, Sr (Jamie) of Quitman; his stepsiblings, Sam Culpepper of Fl, Jack Culpepper, Jr of Fl, Kathy Thierry of Fl and Jacqulyn Leigh of Fl; his nephew John Culpepper, Jr; and his niece Jeri Rose Culpepper.
