He is survived by: his wife Diane Baker Chisholm; his children, Sherry Chisholm, Melonie Layman, Jonna Kelley, Ralph H. Chisholm II and David Chisholm; his brothers, Kenneth, Jimmy, Billy, Darrell and Danny; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Ashley, Bubba, Ricky, Andrew, Deirdre, Ragan, Alana, Vivian, Elizabeth and Grant. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
