She was predeceased by: her mother Josie Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Ellis M. "Scooter" Singletary; her sons, Ben of Decatur, GA and Monty of Baton Rouge, LA; her siblings, Bobbie Crook (Harry) of Eustis, FL and Joyce Hughes (Dale) of Hahira; and her father James C. Bentley Jr..
