He is survived by: his children, Kristie Martinez (Sam) and Justin Ethridge (Rebecca Heramb); his grandchildren, Ava Poole and Harrison Ethridge; his siblings, Melba Ethridge Lovett, Buddy Ethridge and Sue Ethridge; and his nieces and nephews, Sally Taylor, Lynda Leigh Lovett, Amanda Hazzard, Jim Ethridge and Wade Lovett.
