He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sherrod and Mary Emily Webb Delk; his wife Margaret Delk; and his sons, Leighton Delk and Keith Delk.
He is survived by: his son Mike Delk of Quitman; his grandchildren, Thomas Delk, Dusty Delk and Kyle Delk; his great grandchildren, Karter Delk and D. J. Delk; and his daughter-in-law Susan Delk.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Maxwell - Purvis Funeral Home (908 N Court St, Quitman, GA 31643). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
