He is survived by: his sons, Rhett Butler (Candice) of Commerce, GA and Hunter Butler of Hahira; his grandchildren, Ethan Butler, Cullan Butler, Ember Butler, Koltin Butler and Westin Butler; his siblings, Donnie Butler of Sasser, GA, Tony Butler (Betty) of Albany and Danah Burler Gay of Albany; and his niece Angela Butler.
