He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Chappel; his children, Gloria Abrams Bryant of Shelby Township, MI, Suie Mae Smith, Sylvester Smith, Larry Smith, Willie Smith, Frank Smith, Cleve Smith, Jessie Smith, Jasper and Isaac Smith; his siblings, Willie Smith, Moses Smith, Sampson Smith, Leroy Smith, Fletcher Smith, Aubrey Smith, Mary Davis and Lorine Miles; his siblings-in-law, Marie Smith, Jewel Smith, Mae Bell Smith, Earline Jackson, Ernestine Perkins, Gladys Cuffeel, Geraldine Murray, Ruby Clinton, Ella Louise Haynes, Marion Minor, Geneva Davis, Matthew, Benny, Daniel, Eddie Powell, Ernest Powell and Joseph Powell; and his grandchildren, Oscar Fuller and Stephanie Jackson. He is also survived by 32 other grandchildren and a host great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
