He was predeceased by: his parents, Queen Esther Chapman Tucker and James Cleveland Tucker; his wife Dorothy Rowland Tucker; and his siblings, Earl Eugene Tucker, Louise Tucker Carroll and Rebecca Tucker Plymale.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Tucker (Tina) of Dixie, Linda J. Rudisill of Quitman and Ben Tucker (Kristin) of Adel; his grandchildren, Mary Brubaker (Eric), Heather Grizzle, Autumn Tucker, Kimberly Bazemore (Travis), Jim Tucker, Kelly Sage (Sorin) and Kyle Tucker; his great grandchildren, Noah Vaughn, Eli McDaniel, Davey Grizzle, Jada Sanders, Anavah Brubaker, Jachin Brubaker, Logan Bazemore and Audrey Jane Bazemore; and his sister Peggy Tucker Bier of Vienna, Virginia.. He is also survived by husband for 67 years and a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
