He is survived by: his children, Keith Harold Phillips (Lisa) of Suwanee, GA and Tawanda Waters (Will) of Douglas; his grandchildren, Laura Lee, Natalie Phillips and Nicholas Phillips; and his great grandchild Grace Lee.
