He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Williams and Juanita Spell Williams; his brothers, Berry Williams, Charles Williams, Randy Lee Williams and James Ronald Williams; his parents-in-law, Hoyt and Mildred Gilliam; his son-in-law Chris Jackson; his sister-in-law Harriett Tucciarone; and his close friend Kristy Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Williams of Quitman; his children, Renee Rogers (Jeffrey) of Quitman, Heath Williams (Malerie) of Quitman and Tammy Rayfield (Brian) of Hahira; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn LeBlanc (Jefferson), Kennedy Williams, Tanner Rayfield and Gibson Rayfield; his great grandchild Sebastian LeBlanc; and his sisters, Evalina Taylor of Lakeland, FL and Carol Sherley of Quitman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
