She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Herndon, Sr. and Josie Southall Herndon; and her brother David Herndon. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Garcia of Moultrie; her granddaughters, Ana Garcia (Johnny Tapia) and Margarita Carreon; her great grandchildren, Johnny Henry Tapia and Brian Williams; and her brothers, Fred Herndon of Palm Coast, FL and Wayne Herndon (Glenda) of Barwick. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
