It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emory Lamar Tucker (Quitman, Georgia), who passed away on May 26, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Fonda Fountain Tucker; and his brothers, Eules Tucker, Bernell Tucker, Winston Tucker, Sherrill Tucker and Jack Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Davis Pierson Tucker of Quitman; his children, Kim Haire of Valdosta, Greg Tucker (Cindy) of Quitman and Lance Tucker of Lake Park; and his stepdaughters, Tina P. Collins (Mike) of Norman Park and Dale P. Strickland (Doug) of Moultrie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Shriner's Hospital or the church of your choosing.
