She was predeceased by : her parents, John Henry Spivey, Jr. and Ruth Ellen Baker Spivey; and her significant other Jerry Hankinson. She is survived by : her son Jeremy; her pet Bella; her daughter-in-law Felicia Hankinson of Lake Park, Georgia; her siblings, Jane Spivey of Cairo and John Henry Spivey, III of Cairo; her granddaughter Nora Elyse Hankinson; and her niece Nicole Faith Spivey-Gilpin. She is also survived by her family and her many friends.
