Rebekah wrote a sympathy message

“My condolences. I am a former student/intern of Elinor's from Pratt in 1990. I think of her often as she was so influential to me as an artist/designer/teacher/human. She became a friend after I graduated. I always regretted that in my various moves we lost touch. I once spent a weekend with her and Addison with my partner to see The Mattisse Retrospective. It was a memorable time, I still think about Addison's Masonic lantern slides. I will remember Elinor's eagle eye always. —Rebekah Higgins”
