He was predeceased by : his children, Linda Edwards and Eddie Hopkins; and his siblings, Pearlie Head, Lawrence Edwards III, Henry Frank Edwards, Mozell Tice and Albert Brown.
He is survived by : his children, Cathy Edwards-Dibbles (Melvin) of Dallas, Angela Edwards of Quitman, GA, Lolita Hoskins of Dorchester Massachusetts, Suberiva Hoskins of Dorchester Massachusetts and Kenneth Edwards (Mary) of Dallas, Texas; his sister Dorothy Brown of Quitman, GA.; and his partner Inetra Hoskins. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; A host of cousins and other sorrowing relatives, love ones, and dear friends.
