He was predeceased by: his parent Doyle. He is survived by: his parent Ernestine Avery Ballard, Sr.; his wife Tish Ballard of Morven; his sons, Lee Ballard (Lisa) of Morven and Robert K. Ballard of Pinetta; his grandchildren, Brandon Ballard, Megan Ballard, Cole Ballard and Melissa Ballard; his great grandchild Savannah Ballard; and his sister JoAnn Ponder (Bill) of Thomasville.
