He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Newsome and Terri Goodbread (John); his stepmother Maggie Roundtree-Newsome; his children, Latavia Travis, Elijah Travis, Miesha Cooper, Shykese Cooper and Dontae Travis, Jr.; his stepchild Kaiore Cooper of Tahjaye Cooper; his brother Antonio Travis of Robert Campbell; and his grandmothers, Merlene Newsome of MaryAnne Freeman and Emily Cooper. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
