Powell; his sons, Willie James Powell, Jr. (Sylvia), Wayne Alton Powell, Sr., Ron Rico Powell, William Mobley and Raymond Mobley; his siblings, Mary Francis Manning, Geneva Collier, Laverne Williams (Larry), Edward Powell (Clara) and Richard Powell (Nora); his grandchildren, Kimberly Powell and Wayne Alton Powell, Jr.; his stepgranddaughter Crystal Cochran; his great grandchildren, Kamyya Andrews of Micaela Frazier, Rodney, Kristen and Kris Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Bertha Powell, Annie Powell, Helen Brown, Elaine Brown and Freddie Lee Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
