He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Stephens and Mattie Twiggs Stephens. He is survived by : his wife Mary Wright Stephens; and his sisters, Burnadine Brown, Ernestine Rosa and LaMarion Peterson (Jessie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
