He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williford and Irma Register Williford; and his wife Peggy Studstill Williford. He is survived by: his children, Denise Pruitt (Douglas) of Valdosta and Warren McCage Williford (Marcy) of Valdosta; his stepchildren, Deborah Lewis of Lovett, FL and Leslie Hall of Quitman; his grandchildren, Madeline Williford (Angel Salome), Brittany Snow, McCage Pruitt and Walker Pruitt; his great grandchildren, Isabella Petty and Dean Snow; and his close friend Barbara Stevens. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews.
