He is survived by: his children, Beverly Jennings of Newnan, Laura Spivey of Waynesboro and Russell Spivey (Penny) of Savannah, Georgia..
A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 2280 US-29, Newnan, GA 30263.
