It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Houel of Pulaski, Georgia, born in Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Patrick Houle; and her father Carrol Brooks Rushing. She is survived by: her children, Joe Houle and Tammi Laurie Henderson; her mother Martha Helen Rushing; her granddaughter Savannah Marie Woodard; and her sister Diane Luckett (Lee).
