He is survived by: his wife Nancy Addy; his children, Scott Addy (Paula) of Parker, Colorado, Laura Lee Berkemeier (Paul) of Flowery Branch and Jennifer Dickens (Eric) of Americus; and his grandchildren, Allison Ratchford (Ryan), Jacob Addy, Lilli Dickens, Laney Berkemeier, David Dickens and Elli Dickens.
