It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou T Andrews (Preston, Georgia), born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on November 25, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Tolbert and Thelma McIntosh Tolbert; her husband Lester W. Andrews; her son Frank L. Andrews; and her grandchild Dallas E. Andrews.
She is survived by: her sons, Allen Morris (Joyce) of Chicago, Illinois, Richard Andrews (Patricia) of Preston, Georgia and William Andrews (Deborah) of Buckhead, Georgia; and her brothers, William Tolbert and Richard Tolbert. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
