It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Ellerbee of Powder Springs, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on December 1, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Diane Turner Ellerbee; his daughter Amy Ellerbee Johnson; his son-in-law Mark of Marietta, GA; his brother Charles Ellerbee of Temple, GA; and his grandchildren, Turner Johnson of Marietta, GA. and Emma Johnson of Marietta, GA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Macland Chapel (3940 Macland Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens (581 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE, Mableton, GA 30126).
Prior to the service, the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home in Powder Springs In honor of Terry's memory, donations may be made to the WellStar Foundation.
