He is survived by: his father Bobby Leon Lowe of Wyandotte, OK; his daughter Amanda Marie Lowe of Tulsa, OK; his sisters, Kimberly Deann Perkins (WA), Nora Lowe (OK), Sherry Fillmore (OK) and Dawn Marie Justice (OK); and his fiancée Pamela Smith. He is also survived by Two grandsons and numerous friends and loved ones and many coworkers from Central Garden and Pet.
