He is survived by: his siblings, Stan Cowart (Kay) of Douglasville, GA, David Cowart (Susanne) of Kennesaw, GA and Sherry Cowart of Canton, GA; his nieces, Shea Cowart Millsaps and Nicole Cowart LaVigne (Roger); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makayla Ford LaVigne, Chase Millsaps, Mady Millsaps, Andrew LaVigne and Brodie LaVigne. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
