He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Ainsworth and Bernice Katherine Leaptrot of Macon, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cosby Ainsworth; his son Stephen Ainsworth (Jessica); his grandson Colton Ainsworth of Carrollton; his brother Rick Ainsworth of Macon; and his niece Talon (Taryn Dender). He is also survived by numerous other family members and a host friends.
