Though Peggy Sue may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Hendrix; her son Mark Hendrix; and her sisters, Betty Jo Dooley and Dot Teague. She is survived by: her children, Janice Sprayberry (Jeff), Doug Hendrix (Martha) and Melissa Astin (Chris); her daughter-in-law Dianna Hendrix; and her sisters, Bobbie Crider and Patsy Teague. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
