We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2023, at the age of 68, Nancy Joyce Hamby of Powder Springs, Georgia, born in South Hill, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Lewis Hamby; her father Jack Lawson Hughes; her brother Ricky Hughes; her daughter Stephanie Mae Holinshed; the father of her child Grady Holinshed; and her grandson Casey Brock Callaway.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Renee Black (Glen) and Tiffany Joyce Cheney; her mother Nancy Pierce Hughes; her siblings, Floyd Hughes (Kathy), Lloyd Hughes (Marynell), Wesley Hughes and Barbara Bailey; her great grandchildren, Brent, Katie, Calvin, Connor, Colin and Luke; her grandchildren, Jayce and Zeke; and the father of her children Grady (Joyce). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to any Pet Rescue or No Kill Animal Shelters.
