We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, Linda Jean Skinner of Powder Springs, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Skinner; and her parents, Harold Tibbetts and Dorothy Payne Tibbetts of Mableton, Georgia.. She is survived by: her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Carrie; her granddaughters, Charlotte and Amelia Skinner; her siblings, Dwight Tibbetts and Lesa Tibbetts; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Skinner Tibbetts, Jeanie Skinner Swickard and Terry Skinner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
