Latham III; her parent-in-law Georg; her sister Ann Nadeau of Dexter, Michigan; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Ward and Joanie Koonsman of Yuma, Arizona; her stepgranddaughters, Brianna Koonsman and Kaylee Whitener of Yuma Arizona; her stepsister Courtney Champion of Mount Pleasant; her siblings-in-law, Bill Ward (Marlene) and Wray Grimaldi (Jay) of Encinitas California; her friends, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Zola, Newman, Hamilton and Zuri; and her close friend Brian.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Julie's memory to Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue and Lung Cancer Research Foundation.
